Dry throat and sore throat are most likely due to bacterial or viral infections presenting as acute upper respiratory tract infections. Symptomatic treatment can be carried out with iodized throat tablets, watermelon cream tablets, furacilin or boric acid solution, while causative treatment requires the use of antibiotics or antiviral drugs. 1. Symptomatic treatment: bed rest, drink a lot of water, eat liquid food; local use of tablets, such as: iodine throat tablets, watermelon cream tablets; can also use furacilin gargle, compound borax gargle for gargling, so as to reduce the local inflammatory reaction, relieve the symptoms. 2. Treatment of the cause (1) If the infection is caused by bacterial infection, amoxicillin, roxithromycin, azithromycin and so on can be used for treatment.
