The patient’s pelvic kyphosis can be corrected by the following two maneuvers: first, with the patient in the supine position, flex the lower extremity on the anterior side of the rotation to more than 90 degrees, and counteract knee flexion and hip flexion by using both hands crossed over the top of the knee joint. Second, the patient stays in the same position and fully straightens and elevates the lower extremity on the posterior side of the spin to 60 degrees for 20-30 seconds. Sandbags can also be tied to the ankle joints for weight-bearing training, which is more effective. The patient through the above two methods can make the pelvic rotation to be corrected, need to adhere to the training 3-6 months, in order to see the obvious therapeutic effect. Usually pay attention to the protection of the pelvis, to avoid pelvic rotation.
