Children who grow new teeth without losing them can be treated by removing the unlost baby teeth at the dentist. In general, if the baby tooth is loose, surface anesthesia can be chosen and then the tooth can be extracted with a baby tooth forceps. If the looseness is not large, local infiltration anesthesia can be applied, and after the anesthetic takes effect, the baby tooth can be extracted with dental jaws and dental pliers. The new teeth need to wait for their normal growth and wait until all permanent teeth erupt before orthodontic treatment, individual patients can appear to align themselves.
