How can I tell if I’ve gone through menopause?

Perimenopause refers to the period of perimenopause, defined as the period from the beginning of the decline of ovarian function until 1 year after menopause. Whether you are in perimenopause can be judged from age, menstruation, menopausal syndromes, and sex hormone six.
1. Age: The age is around 45~55 years old. Some may begin to show symptoms of ovarian decline in their forties.
2. Menstruation: Menstruation starts to be disorganized, there may be dribbling menstruation, or menstruation may come once every few months. This is due to ovarian failure and insufficient hormone levels.
3. Menopausal syndrome: manifested by hot flashes, sweating and other vasodilatory symptoms. Autonomic dysregulation leading to palpitations, headache, insomnia, tinnitus, dizziness, lack of concentration, mood swings, easily irritated, depression and many other symptoms belong to menopausal syndrome.
4. Sex hormone six: Sex hormone test, estrogen is obviously reduced, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone are obviously increased. This indicates that the ovarian function has been reduced to the point of failure.
