Acupressure techniques

Acupressure stimulates the qi of the meridians by stimulating specific points on the human body, in order to open the meridians and activate the channels, and to eliminate the evil and help the positive. Acupressure can relax muscles, relieve fatigue, regulate body functions, improve human immunity. Here are a few simple and easy to do massage methods.
