The right clavicle pain is mostly inflammation and strain, but it may also be trauma, not necessarily cancer. If the right clavicle pain is persistent swelling and pain, such as pain for several months or half a year, it is chronic pain and may be a strain. Patients should observe and investigate whether it is frozen shoulder, chondritis, nerve compression and bleeding, inflammation, or local lesions, such as swelling and inflammation of soft tissues. If cancer is suspected, the patient should have a whole body examination, as primary tumors are rare here. If the pain persists, the patient has to undergo a biopsy of the bone for microscopic examination and pathological confirmation to determine if it is cancer. This area is basically a frequent site of cancer metastasis if cancer is present, and bone metastasis may appear here, so it should be actively examined.
