The patient, male, 70 years old, was found to have left adrenal tumor on ultrasound and cystic-solid left adrenal tumor on CT, size 11*8.5cm. After the patient was admitted to the hospital, he underwent radical surgery for left adrenal tumor after sufficient preoperative preparation. During the surgery, the tumor was found to have invaded the pancreas, spleen, left kidney, left adrenal gland, which was a huge and complex retroperitoneal tumor, so he decided to extend the radical surgery, and completely resected the tumor, half of the pancreas, the left kidney, the spleen, and the left adrenal gland, and the surgery lasted for 4 hours. He ate on the third day after the operation and got out of bed on the fifth day. He was discharged from the hospital on the 10th day.
