The vast majority of concussions take about 1~2 weeks to recover, but there are some cases that take 1~2 months.
If the patient is in relatively good health and the clinical symptoms of concussion are not particularly serious, the majority of patients will recover in about 1~2 weeks if they actively follow the doctor’s instructions to rest, maintain a balanced diet, and take appropriate medication to improve their condition.
However, there are some patients who are in relatively poor physical condition or are relatively old and may need 1~2 months to recover gradually.
It is recommended that concussion patients seek prompt medical attention and active treatment under the guidance of a doctor. The prognosis of concussion is generally good and there will be no obvious after-effects.
