Anterior cruciate ligament injuries of the joint can usually be done with straight leg raises. This can occur as a result of violence acting on the femur or tibia in an anterior-posterior direction, which can result in an ACL or posterior cruciate ligament injury. It may also be an ACL injury caused by violence acting directly on the front of the straightened knee. Doing straight leg raises generally does not strongly stretch the anterior cruciate ligament of the joint, so ACL injuries can usually be done with straight leg raises. During daily activities or exercise, it is important to take precautions, such as wearing a joint immobilization strap, to increase the stability of the joint. In addition, it is recommended that patients with ACL injuries of the joints go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment to avoid delaying their condition.
