26 year old left ventricular high voltage ST segment depression, does it matter?

The severity of high voltage ST-segment depression in the left ventricle at the age of 26 needs to be judged according to the degree of ST-segment depression and the presence or absence of conscious symptoms.
1. Simple high voltage, mild ST-segment depression, not accompanied by conscious symptoms: high voltage, may be the patient is thin, the chest wall is thin, resulting in a strong signal, high voltage; ST-segment depression, may be emotional excitement, tachycardia, smoking, etc.; the patient does not have chest pain, chest tightness, and other conscious symptoms, no need for special treatment.
2. High voltage, obvious ST depression, accompanied by conscious symptoms: high voltage, there may be organic diseases, left ventricular wall hypertrophy; ST segment depression obvious, there may be myocardial ischemia, myocarditis, digitalis drug poisoning, etc.; accompanied by chest pain, chest tightness, profuse sweating, etc., need to seek emergency medical treatment.
It is recommended that the patient improve the cardiac ultrasound and other related examinations to exclude organic lesions, and actively cooperate with the treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
