The imaging-guided minimally invasive interventional techniques can maximize in situ inactivation of tumor tissues while protecting normal important tissue structures; physical ablation such as chemical ablation, radiofrequency, microwave, freezing and radioactive particle implantation have become indispensable and important means of tumor treatment, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. Even if the same patient suffers from different lesions, each lesion may be suitable for different treatment methods. The principles of imaging-guided individualized tumor treatment are: safe, efficient, minimally invasive, and economical, so that patients can obtain the maximum therapeutic effect.
