How to treat panic attacks and shaking hands

Panic and hand tremor at the same time, usually seen in two cases. In the first case, it is a physiological change due to emotional excitement or fatigue, and generally does not require intentional treatment. It is recommended that the patient should calm down his/her emotions, pay attention to rest, and take deep breaths appropriately, and the symptoms will be relieved. In other cases, it is a pathologic change caused by sympathetic excitation or metabolism-related diseases, and it is recommended to have a cervical spine CT examination and a thyroid function test. If the panic attacks and hand tremors are persistent and thyroid function tests indicate high hormone levels, the patient is considered to have hyperthyroidism and requires antithyroid hormone therapy. If there is a cervical disc compressing the nerve root, sympathetic excitation should be considered as the main symptom, and local physical therapy or surgery is recommended.
