Can you test for pregnancy if your period is delayed for 6 days?

For women with stable menstrual cycles, pregnancy can be detected after a delay of more than 6 days; for women with unstable menstrual cycles, pregnancy may not be detected yet, and the delayed menstruation may be due to menstrual disorders.
Women of childbearing age with regular menstrual cycles, normal ovulation, and normal sexual intercourse without contraception may be able to detect pregnancy if their period is delayed for 6 days.
If a woman’s menstrual cycle is not regular, sometimes it comes once every 25 days, sometimes once every 35 days, and ovulation is not particularly accurate, a delay in menstruation of up to 6 days may not be able to detect pregnancy; a delay in menstruation of 6 days may also be due to menstrual irregularities for some women.
Whether or not pregnancy can be detected after 6 days of delayed menstruation can be analyzed by quantitative blood HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) test or qualitative urine HCG test, combined with ultrasound results.
