What is the general condition of rectal bulge

Rectal bulge refers to the protrusion of lesions along the rectum into the intestinal cavity or out of the intestine. There are many causes of rectal bulge divided into two types: one is benign tumors, the other is malignant tumors, such as lipomas, smooth muscle tumors, fibroids and hemangiomas common benign lesions. It is divided into two types: 1. submucosal type, which is a polyp-like projection to the intestinal cavity, the surface is relatively smooth, and after local infection there will be erosion ulcers. 2. rectal bulge if there is a malignant tumor, rectal malignant tumors sometimes develop outside the intestinal cavity, and then invade the adjacent organs, thus manifesting as surface uneven cauliflower-like ulcers. Therefore, there are many lesions of rectal bulge, which require rectal diagnosis and, if necessary, endorectal ultrasonography or colonoscopy to clarify its cause.
