The normal test report card of liver is usually needed to look at enzymes, proteins, bilirubin and so on. 1. Enzymes: generally include alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and glutamyl transpeptidase, which can reflect the damage status of hepatocytes and bile duct cells. When these indicators are abnormally increased, it indicates that hepatocytes or bile duct cells are damaged. 2. Protein: generally includes total protein, albumin and globulin, which are synthesized by the liver. If there is a significant decrease, including total protein and albumin, it is necessary to further investigate whether there is an underlying disease in the liver. When globulin is abnormally elevated, it is also necessary to consider whether there is an immune dysfunction or cirrhosis of the liver. 3. Bilirubin: generally includes total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and bile acids. When bilirubin is elevated, it indicates that the patient is jaundiced; when direct bilirubin is elevated, it indicates obstruction of the common bile ducts; and when indirect bilirubin is elevated, it indicates that hemolytic anemia may exist. Normal liver test report card can initially determine the occurrence of the disease, the data appear abnormal, it is recommended to improve the examination in a timely manner, and actively cooperate with the doctor for treatment.
