Children have epiphyses at both ends of each long bone, which is the bone tissue that grows vigorously, and when they get older the epiphyses disappear naturally. This means that the epiphysis closes, which in practical terms means that the natural growth potential has been lost. Children with precocious puberty have their epiphyses close early because of early development. Excessive light exposure is one of the major causes of precocious puberty in children. 1, Organic lesions of the central nervous system. 2, Peripheral precocious puberty is transformed. 3. Idiopathic CPP (ICPP) without organic lesions. In female children, 80% to 90% are ICPP; in male children, on the contrary, more than 80% are organic. It is speculated that this part of children with precocious puberty is strongly related to the stimulation of environmental endocrine disruptors.
