Vague pain in the right medial pelvis is clinically common in the following conditions: in the first case, a history of previous acute appendicitis attacks that have progressed to chronic appendicitis, usually requiring further barium enema examination. When the diagnosis of chronic appendicitis is clear, treatment with laparoscopic appendectomy is usually required. In the second case, it is due to colitis, which can be a dysbiosis or bacterial infection, and usually requires further colonoscopy. After the diagnosis is clear, it is usually treated with antibiotic drugs, such as cephalosporin or quinolone antibiotics or bifidobacteria. In the third case, mainly seen in urinary system diseases, such as lower ureteral stones, further urological ultrasound is usually required. Once the diagnosis is clear, treatment with medication for stone removal is usually used.
