The first thing to do to quickly remove bench sores is to remove the cause of their onset. The occurrence of bench sores is generally directly related to prolonged sitting without activity, local humidity, and wearing non-breathable pants, so be sure to get up and move around regularly, keep the area clean and dry, and wear comfortable and breathable cotton clothing. Treatment can be topical with antibiotic ointment, commonly used are clindamycin ointment, erythromycin ointment, mupirocin ointment, some more serious patients can take oral antibiotic treatment. If the sore is not particularly serious, you can use water to keep washing the lower pubic area every day; if it is more serious, you can use diluted potassium permanganate solution, boric acid solution, or ezacrine lactate solution to wash every day.
