Various manifestations of a woman’s physiological period

Physiologic period generally refers to menstruation. During menstruation, women may experience vaginal bleeding, mild diarrhea or constipation, lower back soreness and mood swings.
1. Vaginal bleeding: due to the sudden decrease in the level of estrogen in a woman’s body, the shedding of the uterine lining will lead to vaginal bleeding. Generally, the duration of menstrual bleeding is 2-8 days and the volume of menstrual bleeding is 20-60ml.
2. Mild diarrhea or constipation: Some women may experience mild diarrhea or constipation during menstruation.
3. Soreness and swelling in the lower back: Due to the congestion of the pelvis, some women may feel soreness and swelling in the lower back during menstruation.
4. Mood swings: Due to the large changes in hormone levels during menstruation, some women may experience mood swings, such as low mood or anxiety, irritability and so on.
If women have other uncomfortable symptoms during menstruation, they should go to the hospital in time for treatment.
