Clinical manifestations of kidney deficiency and damp-heat syndrome

Kidney deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome should refer to the kidney deficiency and water flooding and bladder dampness-heat syndrome. The former can be seen in the lower limbs edema, urinary and other symptoms; the latter can be seen in urinary astringency and pain and other symptoms. 1. Kidney deficiency and water flooding syndrome: the symptoms are manifested due to the deficiency of yang qi of the kidney and the lack of power of qi, which leads to the overflow of water and liquid. Kidney deficiency and water flooding can be characterized by lumbar and knee soreness (a feeling of soreness and weakness in the waist and knees), tinnitus, swelling, edema of the lower limbs, shortness of urine, fear of cold limbs, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), shortness of breath, or coughing and sputum sounding, and other clinical symptoms. 2. Damp-heat bladder syndrome: due to damp-heat accumulation (dampness and heat in the body of each other) bladder, qi unfavorable performance of a damp-heat syndrome. Damp heat in the bladder can be seen in urinary frequency and urgency, burning pain in the urethra, short urine, yellow and red, abdominal distension and pain and other clinical manifestations. Patients with the above symptoms, should seek medical treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
