Tuberculosis: Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other infections in the lungs, after anti-tuberculosis treatment, the inflammation subsides, the lungs will have varying degrees of fibrosis and calcification, which can be manifested as multiple pulmonary nodules, regular follow-up, the size of the nodule does not change significantly. 3. Pneumonia: Bacterial or viral infection of the lungs will lead to multiple nodules in the lungs. After anti-infective treatment, the inflammation will subside, and the lung nodules will be reduced to different degrees or even disappear.
