What’s wrong with an itchy, bloody nose?

Nasal itching accompanied by blood is considered to be caused by dryness and rupture of the nasal mucosa, often due to an acute attack of allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis is a clinical manifestation of nasal itching, paroxysmal sneezing, and clear nasal discharge, which can lead to blood in the nasal cavity in severe cases. Patients need to go to the hospital for detailed examination of electronic rhinoscopy and allergen antibody test to detect the bleeding point and identify the substance to which they are allergic. For treatment, symptomatic anti-allergic treatment is needed, together with nebulized inhalation, which can soften the nasal mucosa and prevent dryness, and also has anti-allergic effects. Patients need to eat a light diet and exercise to improve immunity and resistance in order to gradually get better.
