Vitamin B2 or vitamin B6 for seborrheic dermatitis

Vitamin B6 should be taken for seborrheic dermatitis. Vitamin B6 deficiency can have seborrheic dermatitis-like manifestations around the eyes, nose and mouth, which are very similar to the symptoms caused by labyrinthitis and vitamin B2 deficiency, and are difficult to distinguish from those caused by tongue inflammation and niacin deficiency. In addition, vitamin B6 deficiency can also cause anemia, limb pain, produce cramps, etc. Oral vitamin B6 treatment is effective. Vitamin B6 is the general name of pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine and phosphate, mainly as coenzyme involved in the decarboxylation of amino acids and transamines, as well as the synthesis of niacin and coenzyme I and coenzyme II. Vitamin B6 is widely found in dried yeast, egg yolk and various cereal foods. Vitamin B6 deficiency can be caused during pregnancy or by long-term application of certain drugs (isoniazid), when vitamin B6 should be properly supplemented.
