Second degree celiac disease can lead to pregnancy. Celiac disease does not usually affect pregnancy. It is a physiological phenomenon and most of them do not need to be treated. However, if it is accompanied by infection, such as increased discharge, itching or odor of the vulva, treatment is required. Before pregnancy, cervical cancer screening, i.e. TCT and HPV, should be routinely performed. If there is no abnormality in the screening, celiac disease of the second degree does not require treatment and normal pregnancy preparation can be carried out. It is advisable to take oral folic acid before pregnancy to prevent the occurrence of fetal neurospinal malformation. Before pregnancy preparation, it is recommended that both men and women should undergo health checkups and eugenic examinations.
