Strengthening the Spleen and Promoting Blood Tablet is composed of Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, Fried Atractylodes Macrocephalae, Poria, Calcined Oyster, Glycyrrhiza Glabra, Fried Fructus Chrysanthemi, Chinese Yam, Ophiopogonis paniculata, Dragon’s Bone, Vinegar Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Jujubes, Vinegar Kamehameha, and Ferrous Sulfate, which can nourish the blood and tranquilize the mind, and strengthen the spleen and stomach. The tablets can be used for blood deficiency caused by deficiency of heart and spleen as well as weakness of spleen and stomach, which can be seen as blanched or yellowish face, or poor appetite (no appetite, less food), irregular bowel movement (abnormal bowel movement), tiredness and fatigue (fatigue and fatigue), distension of the epigastric region (abdominal distension and discomfort), irritability and sweating, with thin white moss, pale tongue, and weak pulse; and iron-deficiency anemia can be seen in the above mentioned symptoms.
