Endometrial cancer is actually one of the three common malignant tumors in women. One of the three common malignant tumors is cervical cancer, one is ovarian cancer, and one is endometrial cancer, and the incidence of endometrial cancer has been on the rise in recent years. What are the causes of endometrial cancer? 1.Long-term use of estrogen: Long-term use of estrogen by women can lead to endometrial cancer. The degree of risk is related to the dose and time of estrogen consumption and whether to stop taking estrogen during the consumption period. 2.Diabetes: The risk of endometrial cancer is 2.8 times higher than that of normal people with diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance. Clinical statistics show that 3%-17% of patients with endometrial cancer have diabetes mellitus. 3.Hypertension: The survey found that about 1/3 of endometrial cancer patients suffer from hypertension. The risk of endometrial cancer in hypertensive patients is 1.5 times higher than that of normal people. 4. Menstrual disorders: Among endometrial cancer patients, the number of menstrual disorders is 3 times higher than that of normal menstruation. Menstrual disorders in women are mostly caused by ovarian dysfunction and often accompanied by abnormal female hormone levels. This may be the cause of endometrial cancer in women. 5. Early menarche and late menopause: Early menarche and late menopause will prolong the age of menstruation, which will also increase the chance of endometrial cancer in women. 6.Not having pregnancy and childbirth: The number of pregnancy and childbirth of women is also related to the chance of endometrial cancer. Normal pregnancy and delivery can not only maintain women’s psychological health, but also their physical health. Studies have found that endometrial cancer occurs most often in women who have not given birth or suffer from infertility, and 66.4% of patients under 40 years of age are unborn. The incidence of endometrial cancer in women who have not given birth is 2 to 3 times higher than that of women who have given birth. 7.Some gynecological diseases: Women suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, functional ovarian tumor and other diseases will cause abnormal female hormone level in their bodies, resulting in long-term stimulation of endometrium by estrogen, which will increase the risk of endometrial cancer.
