Psoriasis is an autoimmune related disease that can involve multiple organ functions. The vast majority of patients with psoriasis will experience pruritus, but not everyone with psoriasis has intense itching; some may be more severe, while others may not have particularly severe pruritus. The clinical judgment of psoriasis is not based on whether or not the patient has itching as the main clinical feature; the phenomenon of wax drops and the presence of a thin film on the surface and the dotted bleeding underneath after scraping away the film are some typical features for psoriasis patients. Therefore, if a patient has such skin damage performance, the possibility of psoriasis should be considered. If it is simply itchy skin, other conditions such as eczema and dermatitis should also be considered.
