Systemic drugs: photosensitive dermatitis patients can take oral antihistamine and glucocorticoid drugs when necessary, such as loratadine, cetirizine, hydrocortisone and other drugs, with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic effect. It can also be treated with drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and nicotinamide.
