If the patient has the condition of easily broken feet, it may be caused by the following reasons: i. It may be caused by the shoes. For example, patients often wear high heels, which can cause instability of the foot. During the patient’s walking, it is extremely easy to produce a sprain of the ankle joint. Second, it may be caused by insufficient muscle strength around the ankle joint. For example, some young women, who have been inactive and do not exercise for a long time, may cause the muscle strength of the above mentioned area to be insufficient. During the patient’s walking, a sprain may easily occur. Third, it may be caused by old injury here. For example, after the patient has had a sprain of the ankle, it is not treated promptly and properly. At this point, it may lead to ligamentous laxity in this area or directly cause joint instability, and for a period of time thereafter, the patient may have recurrent foot sprains frequently due to the above-mentioned lesions.
