Sudden dizziness, nausea, desire to vomit, and numbness in the hands may be a posterior circulation transient ischemic attack. In posterior circulation transient ischemic attack, patients generally have episodic symptoms, which can be sudden dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and also numbness in the hands. The duration of the patient’s symptoms varies from 10-15 minutes, and most patients do not exceed 24 hours. Cranial CT examinations are generally normal, and treatment is mainly given to improve blood circulation and anti-platelet aggregation. Commonly used antiplatelet aggregation drugs, mainly aspirin; drugs to improve blood circulation, can be applied to Shuxin, Vibrameruptone, Chuanxiongzine. If patients have hyperlipidemia and diabetes, they should be actively given modulation. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage generally have persistent symptoms; most patients have an active onset and a high-density lesion on cranial CT. Patients with cerebral infarction have low-density lesions on cranial CT, most of them start in quiet state or during sleep, and most of the symptoms are persistent. If cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction are considered, they should be promptly hospitalized for comprehensive treatment.
