Scattered nodules in both lungs do not describe the nature of the nodules, and most of the diagnosis is made for nodules without clear clinical significance, and the common causes are intrapulmonary lymph nodes, residuals of inflammation after absorption, and so on. 1. Intrapulmonary lymph nodes: generally related to inflammatory stimulation and inhalation of dust, mainly occurring in the subpleural or interlobular parietal pleura, the corresponding nodules are mainly wedge-shaped or shuttle-shaped changes, and some of them may disappear. 2. Residual inflammation after absorption: Inflammation in the lungs, there will be part of the fibrous tissue residue after absorption, which will also form nodular changes. The scattered nodules in the lungs need to be reviewed regularly by CT, and if the nodules are found to be enlarged or increased, it is necessary to consult a doctor in time and carry out standardized treatment under the guidance of the clinician after diagnosing the cause of the disease, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
