What are the precursors of lumbar shedding

Clinically, lumbar spondylolisthesis can be diagnosed as a lumbar spondylolisthesis, and its causes can be congenital or acquired secondary. Acquired secondary lumbar spondylolisthesis is mainly caused by a history of trauma to the lower back. When a patient has a precursor to lumbar spondylolysis, the patient will first feel a painful sensation in the patient’s lower back, or a numbness, electric shock-like pain, and the pain is significantly worse after activity. In addition, during lumbar examination, the lumbar pressure pain is positive, percussion pain is positive; the skin of both lower limbs will have decreased sensation and radiating pain; at the same time, the dorsiflexion muscle strength of both feet and toes will be weakened, and gradually develops to the lumbar functional activity limitation. X-rays or CT films of the lumbar spine can be taken to clarify the appearance and specific stages of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Therefore, after the clinical appearance of these symptoms, the patient should consult the doctor in time, do not dispose of it by themselves, so as not to delay the condition and miss the best time to cure the disease.
