Patients who do not sleep and are not sleepy are considered to be related to the patient’s cerebral cortex being in a state of excitement, such as the patient behaving in a more excited and agitated manner because of certain things, in which case the patient does not easily feel sleepy and tired, and after smoothing out the emotions the patient will feel sleepy because the person needs to rest. The lack of sleepiness may also be caused by pathological factors, such as patients with psychiatric system disorders, for example, patients with problems such as schizophrenia, which may also manifest as not sleeping and not being sleepy. There can also be emotional problems, such as the patient being restless or talking nonsense, and the patient needs to be examined by a hospital in a timely manner. An assessment of the psychiatric scale should be done to help diagnose the patient’s condition and give symptomatic treatment.
