The cause of watery leucorrhea should be investigated. Clinically, if there is a large amount of watery discharge from the vagina, it is often caused by the following reasons: 1. Cancer of the fallopian tubes, the most important clinical feature is that there will be watery discharge from the vagina and there is no odor. Through examination, a mass in the lower abdomen can be found and surgery is recommended as soon as possible. 2. Because of cancer of the endometrium, when there is cancer of the endometrium, watery discharge will appear and there will be a great foul smell. Ultrasound examination will reveal uneven echogenicity of the endometrium or abnormal masses, and diagnostic scraping is recommended to confirm the diagnosis. 3. Inflammation of the vagina, such as bacterial vaginosis, can also lead to watery vaginal discharge. It is often accompanied by a fishy odor and can be treated clinically with metronidazole.
