For mediastinal multiple lymph nodes, it is mainly treated by conservative treatment, drug treatment, and surgery. First of all, you need to go to the hospital to complete the relevant examinations to clarify the cause of the disease, generally need to check the blood routine, C-reactive protein, liver function, hepatitis B five, four infections, etc., and some patients need to do the examination of tumor markers, such as alpha-fetoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen, glycoantigens 19-9, etc., and sometimes need to check the autoimmune antibodies. If it is considered to be caused by bacterial infection, antibiotics should be given to treat the disease, commonly used drugs include cephalosporin antibiotics or penicillin antibiotics, etc. If it is considered to be caused by viral infection, antibiotics should be given. If it is a viral infection, antiviral drugs, such as ribavirin, should be given. If it is caused by lymphoma, chemotherapy and targeted drug therapy should be given. If it is due to lymph node metastasis of malignant tumor, it is necessary to perform resection of the primary tumor and cooperate with lymph node dissection, and other treatments need to be given at a later stage.
