Overeating and easy to damage the self-protection mechanism of the stomach; too much expansion of the stomach wall, food stays too long, etc. will contribute to gastric injury. 2, avoid eating unclean Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the important causes of gastric and duodenal ulcers, in ulcer patients, the detection rate of the bacteria up to 70-90%, and ulcer disease after the cure, the bacteria also disappeared. If chewing is not fine, swallowing, food rough, it will increase the burden on the stomach, prolonging the residence time, can cause gastric mucosal damage; in addition, chewing slowly can increase saliva secretion, and make gastric acid and bile secretion is reduced, which helps to protect the stomach. 5, avoid coffee and tea coffee, tea are central stimulants, can lead to gastric mucosa ischemia through reflex, so that the protective function of the gastric mucosa damage, and contribute to the ulcer. 6, avoid alcohol abuse alcohol itself can directly damage the gastric mucosa, alcohol can also cause cirrhosis of the liver and chronic pancreatitis, which in turn aggravates the damage to the stomach. 7, avoid smoking addiction smoking can cause vasoconstriction of the gastric mucosa, reducing the prostaglandin synthesis of the gastric mucosa, which is a mucosal protective factor. Smoking can also stimulate the secretion of gastric acid and protease, aggravating the damage to the mucosa. 8, avoid the abuse of drugs easy to damage the gastric mucosa of three main types of drugs: one is the acetylsalicylic acid, such as aspirin; second is the POTUS, anti-inflammatory pain, ibuprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; third is corticosteroids and other hormonal drugs.
