How to correct flat feet

Flat feet are also known as flat feet. Flat feet can be corrected through massage, wearing supports and surgical treatment. 1. Massage: For congenital flat feet, it can be corrected by manipulating massage, pulling the soft tissues of the dorsal side of the foot to improve the symptoms, or combining with plaster tube fixation, so that the foot is in a horseshoe inversion position. 2. Wearing support: In addition to reducing activities and resting properly, older patients with congenital flat feet can wear arch pads and orthopedic shoes to improve their symptoms, and patients with acquired flat feet can also wear arch pads for correction. 3. Surgical treatment: If non-surgical treatment is not effective, surgical resection and fusion can be used to treat the problem. If flat feet are not treated in time, permanent deformity may be formed, so it is recommended that patients consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
