If the constipation is not defecated for a long time, a vicious circle will be formed, mainly from several aspects: 1, by family members or staff members to do anal expansion, mainly with the index and middle fingers to expand the anus, 1-2 times a day, the formation of functional defecation; 2, to do abdominal massage, starting from the lower right abdomen, massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction, to the lower left abdomen with a slight increase in force, i.e., in the direction of the colon’s course, to push the abdominal stool to the anus, and promote its peristalsis; 3, if all the above methods are ineffective, then use handmade stool to promote its peristaltic; 3, if all the above methods are ineffective, then use handmade stool to promote its peristaltic.
