How to fix chest pain and back pain

Chest and back pain may be due to physiologic factors or pathologic factors, such as intercostal neuritis and angina.
1. Physiological factors
If long-term poor sitting posture, overwork, strenuous exercise or lack of exercise can lead to chest pain and back pain, it is recommended to moderate activities, pay attention to rest when you are tired, and can be localized hot compresses to alleviate the symptoms.
2. Pathological factors

(2) Angina pectoris: This disease can also cause chest and back pain, which can be treated with drugs such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide nitrate, nifedipine, amlodipine, metoprolol, bisoprolol, etc., and surgery may be needed if necessary.
