Grading of arthrocentesis

The grading of joint release usually includes the following: First, Level I: Within the range of joint motion, there is a small amount of rhythmic cyclic activity. Level 2: Large, rhythmic cyclic movements within the range of motion of the joint, without contacting the end of the joint movement in each case. Level 3 and 3: Within the range of joint motion, each time there is a large and rhythmic movement, and each time there is contact with the beginning and end of the joint motion. Level 4 and 4: Within the range of joint activities, the joint activities are regular and rhythmic at the beginning and end, and each activity needs to contact the end of the joint activities, and also feel the elasticity and resistance of the surrounding soft tissues. The range of motion and flexibility of the joint can be restored by joint loosening.
