Poor blood supply to testis: some patients will have pain when touching testis after varicocele surgery, which is mainly due to poor blood supply to testis when surgically ligating spermatic vein, so there will be obvious swelling and pain in a short period of time, and the pain will be obviously aggravated when touching.
2. Testicular inflammation: after varicocele surgery, some patients’ testicular pain is due to testicular infection and inflammation, which is related to improper postoperative care.
