How long does it take to recover after surgery for right femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Fracture of the right intertrochanteric fracture can be fully recovered in 10-12 weeks after surgery. Fracture of the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur is common in elderly people over 60 years old, with clinical manifestations of hip pain and restricted movement, hip flexion, internal rotation and shortening of the lower extremity, significant upward displacement of the greater trochanter and localized percussion pain, and significant subcutaneous petechiae on the greater trochanter. X-ray of the hip joint shows discontinuity of the bone cortex between the trochanter, and if there is obvious displacement, the fracture end may be misaligned. The aim of surgery is to make the patient leave bed early and prevent bedridden complications, and the fracture recovers completely in 10-12 weeks after treatment.
