The treatment methods of right ulnar radius fracture include: 1, direct violence injury caused by ulna and radius fracture in the same plane, surgical treatment is needed to make ulna and radius reach anatomical reset and restore the rotation function of forearm; 2, indirect violence injury caused by ulna and radius fracture not in the same plane, again surgical treatment is recommended to make ulna and radius reach anatomical reset. Conventional surgery uses plate internal fixation, and minimally invasive surgery uses intramedullary pin internal fixation, which has less injury, but requires higher technical requirements.
