When to use Symbicort morning and evening

The full name of Symbicort is budesonide formoterol powder inhaler, which can be used by patients at any time of the day or night when they are having a flare-up of their condition, with no specific time frame. It is a combination of budesonide and formoterol fumarate. It is indicated for the routine treatment of asthmatics as regular maintenance therapy and should usually be accompanied by a fast-acting bronchodilator as a reliever. Adults inhale once daily in the morning and once in the evening, or two inhalations at a time in the morning or evening. Adolescents inhale once daily in the morning and once daily in the evening. Children inhale 2 times daily in the morning and 2 times in the evening. As maintenance, palliative therapy, the recommended dose for adults is 2 inhalations twice daily, either 1 inhalation in the morning and 1 inhalation in the evening, or 2 inhalations at once in the morning or evening. An additional inhalation may be given in the presence of symptoms. No more than 6 inhalations in a single session should be given for any one exacerbation. The use of this product as maintenance, palliative therapy is not recommended for adolescents and children. Adverse reactions such as headache, palpitations and tremor may occur during the use of this product and medical attention should be sought if the adverse reactions are more serious.
