How to locate the Qu Bone point

The location of the Qu Bone point is in the lower abdomen, on the anterior midline, at the upper edge of the pubic bone union.
The Qu Bone Point belongs to the Ren Vessel and is located on the anterior midline, at the upper edge of the pubic bone union. To locate this point, use your hand to gradually touch down along the lower abdomen, and when you feel the obvious hard bony structure, it is the upper edge of the pubic bone union. Pressing this point with the hand will result in a noticeable feeling of distension, pain and numbness.
The Qu Bone point can be used to treat enuresis, dysuria (unsmooth urination), impotence, spermatorrhea, scrotal dampness, menstrual disorders, and reddish-white leucorrhoea (abnormal leucorrhoea with blood or blood clots). The needle should be inserted straight, needling should be performed after emptying the bladder, and pregnant women should use this point with caution.
Acupuncture should be operated by a professional physician, and moxibustion should be carried out under the guidance of a physician, and should not be operated on its own, in order to avoid adverse consequences.
