Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation – a new non-invasive neuromodulation treatment technique for Parkinson’s disease, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, which is non-invasive, painless, safe and easy, has achieved remarkable results in the field of clinical neurological and psychiatric diseases. In the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, besides drugs and DBS surgery, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation provides a new idea for the comprehensive treatment of Parkinson’s disease with its unique mechanism of action, which fundamentally regulates the function of neural network and plays a neuroprotective role. Magnetic stimulation has certain efficacy for the treatment of motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, with promising applications. Since this new technique was carried out in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, the treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients with symptoms such as motor retardation and rigidity, allodynia, cognitive impairment, anxiety and depression, and sleep disorders have been improved. Treatment course: Once a day for about half an hour, each course for 10 consecutive days, 3-4 courses of treatment are recommended, with at least 20 days between each course. Indications: Parkinson’s disease motor retardation and rigidity, allodynia, cognitive impairment, anxiety and depression, sleep disorders. Contraindications: previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury or head surgery; metal implants in the body, etc.
