Weight gain during pregnancy is related to pre-pregnancy weight. 1. For pregnant women with normal BMI (18.5-24.9kg/m²) before pregnancy, the total weight gain during pregnancy ranges from 11.5-16kg, and the rate of weight gain in the middle and late stages of pregnancy ranges from 0.35-0.5kg/week.
2. If the pre-pregnancy weight is relatively low and the BMI is less than 18.5kg/m², the total weight gain during pregnancy ranges from 12.5-18kg, and the rate of weight gain in the middle and late stages of pregnancy is 0.44-0.58kg/week.

4. If pre-pregnancy obesity i.e. BMI is more than 30kg/m², the total weight gain during pregnancy is 5-9kg, and the rate of weight gain in mid-late pregnancy is 0.17-0.27kg/week.
In addition, generally less weight gain in early pregnancy, mid-pregnancy, late pregnancy weight gain is more, the whole pregnancy down, but the value of the weight gain per month each person varies, and can not be generalized.
