Triple hemiplegia syndrome generally refers to hemiplegia, hemianopsia, and hemiplegia. The internal capsule is a part of the human body that is an important structure through which nerve fibers from the cerebral cortex, the brainstem and the spinal cord pass, and through which motor and sensory nerve fibers pass. Diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction can induce lesions of the internal capsule structure, resulting in abnormalities of motor and sensory nerve fibers passing through this area. This abnormality will be manifested as contralateral hemianopic sensory loss, limb paralysis and contralateral visual blindness, which is also known as triple hemianopic syndrome. Once the syndrome occurs, the patient should be taken to a doctor immediately. It is recommended to start the rehabilitation treatment as soon as possible and strengthen the nursing care, which can effectively prevent the related complications and promote the functional recovery of the patient, and help the patient to get the best recovery effect. Do not treat blindly. Avoid adverse consequences.
