How to eat Poria cocos

Poria cocos is eaten in decoction soup, or eaten with meals, such as stewed with keel bone, suitable for eczema itching, carbuncle sores and poisons, etc., with detoxification, dehumidification and other efficacy. Poria cocos is flat in nature, sweet and light in flavor, and belongs to liver, stomach, spleen and kidney meridians.
