Kidney failure cannot be viewed purely by urine test only. Urine test can only determine whether there is any damage to kidney function, and cannot view whether there is kidney failure.
Kidney failure is mainly judged by glomerular filtration rate, and clinically various laboratory data, such as urea, creatinine, etc., combined with the patient’s gender, age, ethnicity and other information by various formulas to calculate the glomerular filtration rate.
Urinalysis can only check whether the glomerular filtration function of the patient is impaired or not, and in order to confirm the diagnosis, it needs to be combined with the patient’s clinical manifestations and blood tests to make the diagnosis.
If the patient needs to know whether there is kidney failure, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for consultation, and have the test results prescribed and evaluated by a professional doctor.
